The neg reviews are addressing the prior owners. This is a totally new experience. The staff is helpful and courteous. It's a new atmosphere. Hopefully the old reviews can be removed. The old reviews don't relate to the current staff and store.

The UPS Store in Mission Viejo has been homebase for business for 30 years! It is now under new ownership, and is running as smoothly as ever!!

I love going to this UPS store. The new owners, Ash and Tahmina are always so helpful and friendly. They have notary also and is at a very convenient location. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.
