I arrived with a number of confusing Amazon returns. Bee went above and beyond to sort out the ambiguities. Her professionalism and approachability really helped to resolve this situation. She is a credit to UPS!

If I could give a rating less than 1 star I would. Terrible company that takes no responsibility for their mistakes. Lost a very important $4k watch due to their negligence, and even though I out used full insurance coverage, they have done nothing but ignore my calls and emails for more than 6 months. Don’t rely on this company for anything valuable, or for any integrity from the employees or the owners.

Omg! Two of the nicest, kindest and professional people I’ve been helped by in a long time. McKenzie and Dennon at this UPS location were helpful as well as friendly. We had a real issue through our own fault on trying to figure out how to return some thing, and they really went out of their way to help us. I will always speak highly of this UPS location because of them, and will always tell people to use UPS because of how professional and kind they are.
