The assistant who assisted me initially conveyed that it was a priority email and would be delivered either the same day or the following day. Unfortunately, my attempts to track the shipment revealed that it was not, in fact, prioritized as promised. I've also noticed a charge of $24.28 on my account.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, I'm willing to forgive the individual who provided me with inaccurate information. However, based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
