I have done a lot of business here and I used to like coming here. They had very friendly and helpful staff. However now they’ve hired some newer employees that clearly don’t like front facing jobs, and can barely contain their apathy for their customers. Last time I was there I ran into an issue, (based on some arbitrary rule of theirs) and they looked at me like I was out of luck, only after me prompting them, they sold me a easy and cheap solution. Why did I have to squeeze it out of them?? Ha You’re a business, you should be trying to sell me a solution!
