I would give this location a 0 if I could.
The tracking of my package is not updated. Despite calling on 4 different occasions, I am no closer to receiving my package than I was when I started. I have been assured repeatedly that "the package is on the truck" and "it will be delivered within this time window". I have been given 3 different delivery dates and time windows and they have all been missed.
Each time I call customer service, I am given a different story of why my package is delayed, its current location, and what the new estimated window is. Each time a note is left on my file for the location to call me with information, the note is ignored and no one has reached out.
The kicker is that for me to drive to their location to pick up my package, it would require a mandatory handling fee per their policy. They are requiring me to pay for their failed delivery. Ridiculous.
Unfortunately I have had multiple important, time sensitive packages delayed for multiple days in a row. Any time I call to ask I am reassured that my package will arrive by 8, but still the packages are delayed. I would leave a one star review if it weren’t for Kaye. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and she arranged a hold on my packages so I could pick up myself. Thanks Kaye!
