Worst UPS store. Staff was completely idle but still told the customer to process the return using the automated machine. After printing the label, she refused to process the return label because the package is apparently not packed. I request to take the label somewhere else so I can pack and drop off later. She refused and said the only option to ship at the spot is to pay for packaging material. This store is just trying to make money and make it difficult for its customers.
After reading multiple reviews for this store, I realized this is not an isolated incident. The response from the store owner (?) simply wanted to “educate” their customers that Amazon has 4 types of returns and we should read our own instruction before going to their store. Take your business elsewhere because they are not willing to help.
