Had an absolutely horrible experience at this store today. Went in with several packages that we had to still put together and tape up, it apparently was a few minutes before closing but no one actually told us, we could just tell by the attitude of one of the employees (tall, red hair) that it was closing time. We had forgotten to bring in tape and asked one of the employees, blonde with glasses (she is the only reason this is 2 starts and not 1 because she was nice) to borrow some tape, which she let us use. As we were using it the red haired employee came over and asked if this was their gun and I said yes, he made a ugh sound and grabbed it without saying anything to us, said something that sounded snarky to the other employee about customers using that tape and brought over different tape and slammed it on the counter. He then asked how much longer we would be and AGAIN NOT REALIZING THEY WERE CLOSED, i responded that we would be done asap, maybe 5 more minutes. Finally got done and brought everything over to the counter to scan, he was still rude as can be even though I did say thank you for scanning everything. Once done and getting our things together and throwing our trash away on the counter, he immediately came over to close down the gate as my mom was still under it and just said watch your head. His entire tone and lack of customer service was awful.
I totally understand customers coming in right before close can be stressful, but we were never once told that it was almost closing time, if that had been said we would have either gone a lot faster or come back. But if you choose to work in a customer service field and are going to treat your customers that way, get a different job.
I will probably never go back to this location.
