Fantastic customer service!! First time visiting this UPS location and I worked with Anthony and was just awesome. Friendly, efficient, and he went above and beyond to help me ship a large package. Associates like him make running annoying errands such a painless experience. Thank you Anthony 🙏🏼

Today I was charged 4.99 for a smaller box then my own. Fine. THEN as I helped him push my return jacket into the box and helped him tape the box... I was charged 5.30 for the service & 5.70 for packing materials. There weren't any packing materials, shoved it in the box!... AND I helped! $53.00 became $70. Employee 279412 said he couldn't change it. REALLY?

Excellent service by employees and clear options/directions about shipping options. The Amazon returns option drop off is seamless. The store is small but packs a mighty punch for easy customer experience.
