Sent an over night parcel on the December 21 (Campbell River to Vancouver, and it arrived today December 29th? Local USP agent advised that bad weather and time of year contributed to the delay? No apology, no refund, and to boot I was told that, "that's the cost of doing business during the holidays?" Customer Service 0, Satisfaction 0, Over all experience with USP - 0. Hands down the worst delivery service on the Island.
Update : Your rational for the parcel (bad weather) is something that I acknowledged and understand, but your miss leading when you say I was unprofessional and that you offered an apology. You did not apologize but took the liberty to point UPS policies and that the Risk/Management of the parcel not showing up on time is part of the deal when shipping items over the holidays. I can only theorize that you were dealing with more than one disappointed customer so you default to saying that I was unprofessional to allow you to move on. I would hope that other unsatisfied costumers come forward since the true rating of your service should be (at best) at a one star rating. I do appreciate that you took the time to respond to my customer satisfaction complaint, and perhaps you can grow from this experience? This is your moment to realize that you need some training in building relationships and how about some customer service training? Kind regards, and wishing you all the best in the new years.
