Timeshare Compliance

Timeshare Compliance is not the company that I thought it was I started in 2021 and it going to be 2024 and I haven’t heard anything about my case. They received my money to pay for lawyers and to get out of my timeshare and I still am stuck in my timeshare and it is affecting my credit score. I believe this company is a scam and I want all my money back. They sent out one letter and I haven’t heard anything back from any one. I read an article that they were sue because they really aren’t getting clients there money back they are just having us default our loans. This is sick to prey on people. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

I heard back from the VP of customers affairs. Since I posted this review and She listen to my concerns and gave me an update on the case. Sent me to another person to help who started to work on my case but I still haven’t heard anything from that person. I should have never bought my timeshare. I went into thinking it was a good for my family and an investment but got scammed. SMH my credit is messed up and I’m trying to fix it but this process is just as bad for my credit.

Timeshare compliance provided excellent service and kept you informed each step of the process. The service was timely and resolved before they even anticipated. I would recommend their service and would use them again if necessary.

From reading others bad reviews I believe I'm the longest client TSC has ever had. Been a client since 2018. Should there be a time limit where they give the client their money back to go elsewhere for timeshare exit help. I believe TSC can't help me after all these years. Just give this client their money back. Sincerely your client since 2018.
