My review was removed from their website wow... stay away from apple valley tire choice. I was told an hour and a half wait with just 1 car ahead of me. Over 4 hours later after my truck just sat there. 4 mechanics and 2 supervisors. The short Hispanic manager talked in front of customers about all of the unsatisfied customers of late and fraud going on , cartel calling demanding money blah blah. I brought my truck in for a 2" leveling kit install 2 mos. Pryer and They didn't align it and tires wore on the outside. I came back willing to pay for an alignment and they broke the alignment pins and handed them to me and said they don't do alignment pins but if It goes out of alignment just bring it back. Nothing in a writing. I asked when the manager was writing up the work order to rotate the tires. Never happened. Smug attitude from manager, poor customer service as well as work that was done or not done. I belong to a large off roading community and would never recommend this place. 1 star is too many.

Nice friendly staff, good service. I got more than just tires. They did a safety inspection, repaired a lug stud, filled my power steering fluid and the guarantee covers repairs. I definitely recommend Tire Choice.

Very friendly people!! Loved the service, had a small emergency and one of my tires was very low on air, when I got here they inspected my tire and added air to get me back on the road will definitely return!! Thank you Pearl, Anthony, David and Tire Choice techs!
