We bought a 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel July 10th! It’s been a nightmare! It was broken down two days after we picked it up, and was at Dodge of Tacoma for TWO WEEKS,! We picked It up Friday, August 2nd and we’re broken down now with our campers and no one is calling us back! We have a factory warranty as well as an extended warranty! It’s always call after call when they’re selling you the vehicle but it’s like pulling teeth to get help when you have a problem!

Z was great to work with. The reason I am leaving 2 stars is because of his manager. This gentleman had a rude attitude that was of the take it or leave it style. I was ready to purchase a $50,000 vehicle when there was some issues with my potential trade it. I understand you need to make money, but you also need to work with me as well. He also made a few condescending remarks towards me that I found disrespectful. I really wanted that truck but I’ve been hunting and found many other dealerships are willing to work with me. I do also understand we all have our bad days. But to give that kind of minimum effort to someone ready to buy is pretty wild to me. I’ll find what another dealership that will be happy to work with me and take my money. Please have your leadership take some customer service skills courses because that was probably my worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.
