Always loved Tjmax Everett mall until recently they have started having new employees and new managers. Like today example: jewelry customer service was 1 star. 5 customers waiting for help while the employees are switching one to break another to cover without even Saraia asking for extra assistance until I mentioned it to her- it might be beneficial in this situation. Also Sarai please stop harassing and bullying your customers- if they are not interested in opening credit card do not pressure them or try to convince them! It’s is rude, unprofessional, and can be taken to court for pressure to submission. she said “it’s my job to offer you a credit card even after you decline” I need to continue to give you the benefits.even after I declined politely three times saying, “no thank you.” Young manager came over named Sam and did not even apologize for this aggressive harassment like interaction. If I said no thank you-3 times and asked you not to say anymore I really meant it, I’m not joking. This should be escalated to corporate. Bullying customers to open credit cards with their company after they have declined several times is not business like.
