I have a bone to pick. The shopping carts are always busted and there is never enough available when its busy. The merchandise is strewn about the store without a care in the world. Otherwise the service is great. The clerks sometimes catch an attitude if you present them a gift card.

I was almost an hour on line because the cashier on the upper level can't accept "big items" (carry-on suitcase). After 20 min on line, had to go downstairs to make the line for the 2nd time. I'm not asking for a fancy sign...just take a sharpie and a piece of paper and just indicate that for returns go downstairs. The cashier just told me that management is not listening...nice.
