I love this Subaru maintenance shop. I came to them after an accident asking for help taping my fender so I could make it home, which is 1.5 hours away from The Dalles. They were so accommodating, caring and kind.
Because of this I switched my Subaru maintenance shop from near my home to near my work. They never fail to surpass my expectations. If you live in or near the central Columbia River Gorge consider using Tonkin Subaru. I believe they will surpass your expectations as well.

Service department employees are very welcoming. However, the last two service visits, they missed burnt out headlights. To their benefit, they remedied the problem at no cost (each time). I will have to say my faith in their workmanship is diminished.
