Here I am again leaving another review. I wish I could get service like this in other parts of my life. Triple AAA said it would be 2 hours and I called back to find out how much longer, still another hour. I called Too Cool instead because my first experience was so great. 20 minutes later Keith showed up, just as kind and helpful as the last time. He jumped my truck and sent me on my way. Bonus is that I get to submit my receipt for a reimbursement. Thank you John and Keith ❤️

Really nice people. I called because AAA had taken several hours with no result so I figured I would just pay for the tow. Once I let him know what kind of vehicle I had he right away told me I should have free roadside under my warranty. He even gave me a phone number and told me if I had any issues to call back and they would send someone out no problem. 100% I would recommend them to everyone after this.

Absolutely EXTRAORDINARY! Our semi truck broke down, over in North Bend. John, the owner, showed up faster than expected! He had us hooked in minutes and the price was phenomenal for a weekend. There's truly not enough good things to say about this company... he went way far above and beyond. After dropping our truck at the shop, John even made sure to swing us by the store to pick up a few supplies and all the way to the hotel. I would recommend him to everyone I meet! Beyond tremendous!
