I would definitely suggest their services, they were very professional. The AC unit I own was above a drop ceiling and posed quite a challenge. However, Ruben informed me through a text message, complete with a picture, about his arrival. They were quick and ensured everything was clean before they left. Being in Los Angeles, I'm thrilled with their AC repair service. I am a satisfied customer.

craig is an honest and reputable hvac technician, a trait that isn't easy to come across these days. i reached out to him for a quote on a new ac condenser, as i was gathering numerous bids because one of my decade-old units stopped working. another service provider had suggested i replace it rather than repair it. despite receiving several quotes, craig was the only one to question if i truly needed to replace the unit. upon inspecting the condenser, he discovered it was extremely dirty, which explained why it had stopped working. instead of advising me to spend thousands on a replacement, he recommended we thoroughly clean it and top up the coolant. my final bill was only $450, which is roughly 10% of what other service providers were intending to charge. up until now, the repair that craig carried out has been working perfectly. i am grateful to craig for his ethical approach and for prioritizing the interests of his customers! update: craig recently assisted me with my furnace, which was struggling to reach the desired temperature. he attempted several potential solutions before concluding that i did indeed require a new control board. this process involved multiple visits, but craig was extremely professional and charged a fair price. in the spring, i plan to have craig return for some preventative maintenance on the ac units, which are still functioning superbly in los angeles!

Paul and Tristan showed up to assess my air conditioning unit and didn't charge me for the call out, even though they suspected the additional repair might not be connected. It turned out to be a faulty part. They quickly rectified the issue and got my AC unit up and running efficiently. Both Paul and Tristan were polite, well-informed and made sure to answer all my queries regarding the repair in Los Angeles.
