This is a little piece of heaven. Cute. Very well priced! The person working was awesome, felt like I made a new friend, I'm new to town so it's nice to feel welcomed. Afterwards I went to Dutch Bros and showed off my new treasures. They'll be checking Top Shelf out soon too. 🤩

I always say I need to come check this place out, well today I finally made it in. Trish was very welcoming, the store was super cute, and the prices were very reasonable. And thank you again Trish for ALL the info about Puerto Rico, and the great conversation. I will be back to shop more!!

Trish greeted me as soon as I walked in and told me all the sales! I asked for certain items and she was extremely helpful :) they have beautiful dresses and I found what I wanted 😍
