This location used to have great service and the store was well maintained. Over the last two years, the shopping experience has deteriorated. They seem to be frequently understaffed, under stocked and the store is often a mess. I'm not only referring to the uneven stacks of clothing on tables, but the flooring is damaged, light bulbs need to be replaced, the paint is scratched everywhere, etc. I'm not sure why a (at one time) "flagship" store has been so neglected.
