Customer service was excellent. Juan was very helpful and efficient in getting my car loaded up. He was willing to do the extra legwork to find a solution because of the unique positioning of my car at the time of his arrival. I'd definitely recommend Toro Roadrunners for future help with towing/ vehicle service.

Needed a tow locally in Richmond quoted me 150 dollars to row about 3 miles and when the driver came he suggested I go somewhere closer for the same price and assured they can do the job to fix my tires they weren’t able to get the job done I asked for a tow to the original place I asked to tow to an they charged me 150 dollars again and said they can’t pick it up that day so my car was stuck in the tire shop and they couldn’t pick it up till 2 days later! Terrible company, bad customer service and don’t care for their customers at all. This place is straight robbery wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
