Saturday May 15th, 12:30 pm. This place is my visiting Palm Springs “treat”, or it was. Please stop telling your older female employee to follow customers around to tell them the price of everything they are looking at. It was annoying and difficult to enjoy looking, takes the fun out of shopping. When I actually needed help looking at a purse that was up high, she was no where to be found. Another much younger woman told me the up high purses were also in front and walked away. Really poor service here. Since I wasn’t enjoying my experience I left empty handed.

Very sad the way people are profiled at this store. We had no one help us, yet other people would come in and be attended. We were made to wait for the cashier to stop talking for over 5 minutes and the transaction had already been completed for that customer. After that we were attended they opened a second cashier for a "privileged" customer. Make it worse they didn't even apply my military discount. The manager also told me I couldn't post this experience.
Thank you Kat..

Helen helped my aunt with a large purchase a few months ago. She helped me recently on a bracelet that was marked $89, but used her calculator and gave me an additional discount on top of that. She said that it was part of the additional 40% off jewelry event. Thank you Helen for always being accommodating and friendly! I purchased the leather Georgia sandals two years ago and they have stayed in excellent quality and condition!
