If I could, I would give this place 0 stars due to their horrible customer service. I called them on behalf of my partner, due to his phone issues, for a towing for his flat tire. They dispatcher had a very bad attitude, when I confronted her about her very wrong ETAs and the lack of updates. She gave us an initial ETA of 30 minutes, it has been over 2 hours. She also accused my partner of not being in the location he had described.
Look, I used to be a dispatcher and this disrespect of customers is simply unacceptable. Even an update of what's going on would have been nice.
