Went here to utilize the oil changes that came with the purchase of my Toyota. The process of getting the oil change was smooth and perfect. However, I made a mistake by accepting the complementary car wash. After my oil change, when I got to my car I noticed some spots all over the side of the car but was in a rush and didn’t think to look at them close. When I got home and had more time- I took a closer look and the driver side of my car (doors,rails, and top of trunk door) are covered In dings / scratches. I drive my car to the grocery store and to the gym so I don’t know how I would suddenly have acquired 30+ scratches on my car. I connected the dots in my head that these must have come from the rotating flaps in the car wash - I did some googling and noticed others have had identical damage from car washes so I called Toyota Bellingham to let them know of the damage caused. They told me to come back in so they could look at the damage. I went in and was helped by a nice guy who said “oh that’s really bad. I’ll talk to my boss and call you back today.” I did not get a phone call so I called back the next day- a different person told me he talked to the guy who looked at my car and “their car wash does not do that but when it does many people will call and complain so it couldn’t have been their car wash that caused my damage”… I mean if there was a rock stuck in the flaps on the car wash it could have flung off before getting to damage the next car that went through it?? Super bummer as I’ve only had the car for a few months and have taken great care of now it has scratches and dings all over it. Note to self: do not use the free car wash as I now have a lot of damage to deal with as Toyota of Bellingham is unwilling to help.

Bought my car at Toyota of Bellingham and had a such a smooth and enjoyable experience! I worked with Jordan and he did an awesome job throughout the entire process. Rachel was also amazing! Everyone was so kind. Highly recommend!! 👏

Great experience overall. John C was extremely helpful. Very straightforward and made the process a breeze. Will be returning here again. 5 stars
