Update May 18, 2020 I love the bike but hate what has happened to this store. Due to gross corporate mismanagement from the bean counters and MBAs at Trek, the great crew that was so helpful are all gone.
The manager who is a great guy quit a month ago and has not been replaced. Subsequently mechanics and some staff have quit as well.
There is no manager, no mechanic, no one to service my expensive bike. I am now an orphan and not at all happy about it.
Kulshan cycles has been a Bellingham icon and great community resource for 40 years. Trek Corporate bought them out and has reduced the shop to pathetic and useless in two short years.
We'll see if they can recover. I certainly hope so.

What a terrific crew at the Bellingham Trek store. From the manager to the repair personnel, to the sales people, they are all knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, low key, informative and always helpful.
