Selection is good but the place is a bit over powering and a sensory overload. Difficult to find what you are looking for. Employees are helpful at times but can be difficult to find at others. Very inconsistent service

Skinny blonde girl working 7:10pm on Monday, august 5, should be fired immediately for pure unprofessionalism. Didn’t even acknowledge me standing waiting for a pickup order. Finally went to grab it myself after waiting for at least a “someone will be with you shortly” instead just a glare. She approached saying she needed ID and I couldn’t leave with the order I paid for. Told me to not do that. Rude arrogant , nasty. I’ll be reporting her to the corporate regional team who I happen to know.

I went in to pick up a DoorDash. It was my first time in the store and I will never go back!!! I had six items to pick up had no idea where any of them were in this huge store of makeup. I asked the lady to point me in the right direction on a couple of the items and she told me that they’re not supposed to help the DoorDashers “they can point to the general area, but we have to go find the items ourselves” I was upset to say the least at that point I was in that store for 30 minutes finding the items that I needed when it should’ve been less than 10. I went to check out and the lady behind the counter was somewhat condescending about my situation and when finished I had to ask for a bag and her reply was “OK I’ll give you a bag” Like it’s not common practice to give a DoorDasher or or a customer a bag for their items These people don’t understand that DoorDash is an extension of the customer….not only does the customer pay a premium for this service. They also pay extra on each item so if anything we should get extra service I will not let my wife shop at that store I will not recommend that anyone I know shop at that store do not waste your time or money in this store
