The stylist that did my blowout didn’t even ask what side I parted my hair to. By the time she was finished it was the wrong side. I asked her to fix it but she just flipped my part. Which made the curls turn the wrong way. I didn’t notice until i was in the car. I went back in requesting it to be fixed, but the stylist had went home. The general manager was able to get me in with another stylist to fix it pretty quickly.

The associates want to make sure you leave happy and satisfied. They can help you find what you need. If you don't know or unsure they can match you with the right products and the right colors and show you how to use them to get the look you want.

The associates at this store is a hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Today was a miss. I ask for help and apparently their conversation was more important because she sent someone else to help me and walked off to finish her conversation. As I walked the store the same associates still standing and talking. Rude.
