Terrible take-over. Loss of drive through banking, disabled access is ridiculous, employees I have known for years and who knew me by name are gone, I'll be closing my account asap after being a customer for over 40 years, gaah!!!

Umpqua’s take over of the wonderful Columbia bank has been terrible. Every convenience, drive through, parking, not needing to go into town, kindly customer service has been taken away. There is one young woman at Winslow branch I enjoy. I’ve had major privacy issues, delays with online banking that have cost me and every time I have to go in it’s a thrash.I am trapped for the moment but will be closing my account of 40 years asap.
