They cancelled the appt I had been waiting almost 6 months for and their next available was another 6 months away. Not worth it. Go to Chas.

Address is incorrect on this website. It says 401 but should be 4001. If you can find it, which you should if you go to 4001 NE cook, you'll be very pleased with the staff and the services.. Very good and affordable👍

Have had constant issues with this office. Charging my insurance incorrectly numberous times despite me providing my current information. Having to go back into the office to fix these issues each time. Canceled my last appointment without notifying me after waiting 6 months. Showed up to my appointment to be told I do not have an appointment and that they could place me on a list but that the appointments were booked very far out and that it would be a long time. Communication needs to be improved with customers. I will no longer be going to this office.
