I visited Cat at Union PT a few times this spring to help with recovery from a ski injury. She was extremely knowledgeable, listened closely, and took her time before offering some very practical approaches to rehabilitation. I've seen several physical therapists for similar injuries and, while I've had good luck in general, Cat and Union PT stand above the rest. Highly recommend.

Union PT has a great cohort of physical therapists who are kind, extremely knowledgeable, and skilled. They take your goals into consideration to get you back to doing the activities you love. I've been going here for an ankle injury and can attest that these therapists are some of the best in the Seattle area. I can't recommend them enough. Location is pretty amazing as well.

I have had an amazing relationship with an outstanding PT for nearly 20 years who recently retired. In need of a new PT I scheduled an appointment at Union with Alison to give them a try and was so happy to learn that she worked with my favorite, now retired therapist and is cut from the same cloth. A good PT is worth a gazillion dollars. I don't even care that Union doesn't accept my insurance - I am so happy I found them and Alison in particular.
