Cashiers are always friendly. Shop is a little grubby looking, but they have all you'd want in a neighborhood non-chain market. A sketchy crowd is sometimes outside, but I'd still rather go here than the 7/11 a couple more blocks away. Support local, right?

I went here around 6 PM on a Sunday, the gentleman behind the counter was super mean to me for asking about a couple items behind the counter. and I'm not sensitive like I literally wanted to climb over the counter and rip his hair out.
