First visit.... The United Spas team has been very professional and courteous. It is so nice having exceptional customer service! We had a used United Spa recently moved and they thoroughly inspected everything and fixed some minor issues for us. The technician then followed up with me with great maintenance advice since we're new to owning a hot tub. Update....We had a small leak and they charged $299 to come back out. The repair was on the diverter valve and they charged $599 for that. Plus they wanted to charge another $500 to fix the purifier. Finally, Jose tried to tell me that my filter needed to be changed, however I just cleaned it. Classic up-selling! I will not be utilizing their services any more! Update #2....The owner, Tim personally reached out to address my concerns above. He is sending his service manager back out at no cost to fix the repairs that were not done correctly before and they are throwing in a new filter for the trouble. Thanks for making things right!
