We are in the process of buying a spa from this place and its without question the best retailer in the area, we went to all of the spa stores and they all felt very used car sales like.
super low pressure -personal service. will update at delivery but so far the best place in town.

We are so pleased with our new hot tub from West Coast Spas! It took us a long time to decide which hot tub we wanted, and Sumi was incredibly patient and kind with my husband and me and our two teenage daughters as we explored our options. When it was time to buy the hot tub, Sumi walked us through how to use it and was so gracious in answering our many questions. And, then, when we had a minor issue with one of the jets, someone was here within an hour to fix it. We’ve used our hot tub almost every night since we purchased it and have enjoyed every hour spent soaking and talking as a family. It’s been the best-of-buys for our entire family!!
