In and out - Excellent customer service, no hard-selling. Ordered my new stove and was called sooner than expected for installation. Cost of stove and installation was about what the stove alone would have cost me directly from the manufacturer. Seeing the products in-person in this store instead of online was also a huge plus.
I left a really good review before as some of the reps were amazing giving great advice with great knowledge. However, we’ve been actually having terrible experience when it comes to receiving the shipment. We had to call more than 10 times and still we haven’t received the items for last two months. Asked the rep to please call us on the status and never received any call back. Make sure to check on your timeline as it can be delayed for few months and check on the status every day if it’s urgent. Otherwise, you will even forget that you’ve ordered it.
