I have bought appliances from University Electric for the past 30+ years, 4 homes. They have always been honest about the pros/cons of the appliances they sell. If you have a budget, they stay within that. There is no hard sale. The last 2 major purchases were during the pandemic and was impacted by part & labor shortages. Bob Foxworthy was upfront with the situation and kept me abreast if there was delays or pull-ins. Recently, when I had to buy a range hood quickly with specific measurements, he was quick to help me find a solution and get it in within 1 week. I deeply appreciated this. University Electric will always be my goto place.

I haven't purchased a refrigerator from University Electric yet, as I am down to two and need to choose. I can report that my experience with salesperson, Walter, was first rate. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Another thing I love about this store is the reading of the reviews experience. You're telling people like it is rather than allowing the customer to have sole control over the narrative. I like that you stick to your guns and don't let people roll all over you with their sometimes groundless complaints. That is impressing me as much as Walter's helpful customer service.
