Terrible service. The reason I give the rating terrible service is because, first of all, they stated they tried to leave the package at my residence, but nobody was home. Actually, i was home, and the guy knocked and turned on heel and took off, i didn't even have time to get to my door, and he was gone. Leaving a UPS orange sticker stating that since I wasn't home, I would have to go to their UPS office to pick it up. The office is hard to find, I drove up mid day, and they were closed. The hours were strange, so I had to come back the next day and when I opened the door, they all looked at me like. Why was i even there? I asked for my package. I asked them why they couldn't leave the package at my residence? And was given the reason, because it needed to be signed for. Sigh, all right then. I stick with terrible service. They were also rude.
