I can't say enough good things about the staff. We had been bringing our senior dog here for various health issues for the last year, and brought him in one last time to have him cross the rainbow bridge recently. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, both to him and to us, and their protocol for euthanasia appointments is really thoughtful. They let us take our time saying goodbye and all the techs and vets that had gotten to know him came in to say goodbye as well. It's clear that everyone there genuinely cares about our beloved family members.

This vet has been the best veterinarian office I've ever been to. Professional, clean, friendly, up to date technology, and they really care about their patients!! They have a live wait-list for how many people are waiting and how long that estimated wait time is, you can check that easily on their website. They are super kind and friendly and show great empathy for your fur baby and you situation as an owner. I've brought two of my kitties here and they take good care of them in all regards. We recently had to have our sweet kitty put to rest of 22 years, and they really go the extra mile for you with that. We went the cremation route and as you can see from the photos they give you a urn with your kitties ashes, some of their fur, and a paw print of their paw, along with some other things. They allow you all the time you need with your pet during the process... nowhere cares like they do. Will always be where I take my current and future fur babies. 🐈🐾 RIP Phoenix baby. We love you. ❤️

Urban Animal is a great place! My dog had swallowed something he shouldn't have, I was freaking out and gave them a call. They told me to bring him in and as soon as I got there he was seen.
The staff is very friendly and kept my wife and I updated every step of the way which made us less stressed. I will definitely come back to Urban Animal and I highly recommend you bring your pet here!
Whatever you do avoid South Seattle Animal Hospital, that place is horrible! Bring your fur baby to Urban Animal.
