I recently had the pleasure of working with Urban IT to set up a new VoIP phone system for my firm. They took the time to listen to our needs and tailored the system to meet our expectations. Their team was always available to answer any questions we had, and they were really patient with us, even when we weren't sure about certain aspects of the system.
