Staff here are a 10/10- I dropped my ID there last night by accident and didn’t notice. I saw the same person who checked me out at Target 20 minutes later and he said the store had my ID! By this time it was 9:30p, so I was sure I wasn’t getting it that night. I called, and the staff who were still there waited outside for me to come back and grab it. Like I said, they’re 10/10!!

i got a gift card for Christmas and the employee ripped the number off the back and ruined the card. they wouldn’t replace it, they told me to call customer service. i was on hold for an hour and then customer service told me they couldn’t help me. this place sucks. don’t shop there!

I came in to buy a trucker hat at around 2:30pm on April 28 2023 & got laughed at by 3 staff members, two who were behind the checkout counter & the person checking out my purchase. They were flat out making fun of me right in front of my face because of a wardrobe malfunction that I wasn’t aware of until I got home. I was completely humiliated. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
