Very friendly and helpful staff. I've used this branch for a number of years now and this is the best US Bank branch I've worked with and I've had both my personal and business accounts with them for 20 years.

Poor decision making by their corporate sponsors devalues the US Bank brand when placed in a grocery store to the level of a novelty. Shoppers at other grocery stores will wonder whether US Bank wants to earn their customer loyalty because they appear to prefer Albertsons patrons as defined by their demographics. A US Bank in an Albertsons store is not relevant to the grocery shopping experiences because it creates the clustered feelings of being at a mall by narrowing the store exiting paths for buyers as they turn to their left, and exit the registers. By being located in an Albertsons, US Bank appears as if they practice customer preference marketing. Customer preference marketing utilizes product placement theories which are intended to persuade certain people who fit a demographic toward purchasing a product, choosing a service, or opening a bank account; as a result, US Bank seems to imply that they prefer shoppers who fit the demographics for an Albertsons shopper, but not anyone.

No follow through! Manager lied to me! I remember who is my bank teller. When you make a mistake...own up to it. I signed up for the checking account offer of 75 dollars after 30 days and they convenient ly closed my account before paying on their commitment! They make the mistakes twice in a row and I get penalized!!!
