Only one employee his name is Naji Haji wants to help and he was busy. The rest of them treat you like you are bagging money from them. I don’t recommend US bank in general and specifically this branch. The staffs are useless.

Very disappointed with the the manager’s attitude. On the recommendation of my daughter I decided to change banks to US Bank 4 months ago. There were quite a few hiccups because of the Covid and issues with mistakes on checks that were not the banks fault. I was always treated very respectfully and every issue was taken care of with the best customer service. However, today was the first time I have spoken to the manager and was extremely disappointed with her attitude. 😞

I literally wish I could give this place zero stars. I was trying to withdraw $700 cash from the atm machine, it has a malfunction, which in result took the money out of my account, but didn't actually withdraw the cash in hand... When I went inside the clerks laughed in my face about my money not coming out and mentioned the machine was having issues all day. Mind you there were three tellers and there was no one in the bank. Couldn't have even bothered putting a sign on the atm machine ?! No apologies, no accountability, or sympathy. I wasn't even trying to come in to talk to these people, that's why I use the ATM!! Never have I been so disrespected at a US Bank. Don't waste your time and energy here.
