I have been a US Bank customer for over 25 years and, after moving down to Tacoma from Seattle, I starting using the 38th Avenue branch as my go-to bank. Recently my brother died unexpectedly and I found out I was the recipient of his retirement account. When I received the check, I went to this branch and was assisted thru everything by Chantelle, the branch manager. This was a very emotional time for me and she was so kind, helpful, professional and supportive!! GOD BLESS US BANK and, especially, all the folks who work in this branch! In the 5 years I have lived in Tacoma, this branch has ALWAYS been kind, helpful, professional and a Godsend to me! I've had only 2 visits where I had to go inside the branch and each was a wonderful and helpful experience! I have only great and kind words for the entire group of folks who work at this bank branch! Anyone writing a negative posting should, perhaps, take a really hard look at how THEY were behaving!! I truly love all those employees and appreciate how wonderful they have taken care of me over these past years!! THEY ARE WORLD CLASS AND SHOULD BE PROUD TO SAY THEY ARE US BANK EMPLOYEES!!! This world needs more kind and supportive people like them!!! GOD BLESS ALL OF THEM!!!

Thank you, US Bank, and especially Branch Manager Chantelle who patiently and expertly problem solved multiple complex issues I came in with. She walked through the issues, connected with support staff to resolve them, and provided reassurance (up until the close of day). Staff demonstrated knowledge, kindness, and support. I had a pleasant experience, and have much gratitude toward the branch!

I had a horrible experience today. I went in to do the same deposit I do every day in the same drive through i go to every day. ;i was greeted with a bit of a snarky attitude but okay, it's close to lunch time so i'll give the girl that. But afterwards I was treated so poorly about a new "rule" they have in drive through of which i knew nothing about. I was scolded and talked down to for not knowing about this at all. I tried to explain this to the girl there and she continued to argue her point and talking over me. I don't bank here because I think that US bank is a scumbag company but this just proves my point. now i have to still go everyday and see this lady because my company chooses this horrid company. This is not a way i would like to spend my days when i simply have a job to do. I only asked the girl in drive through to do hers. I will never use this company personally
