I would like to commend the staff at our Ellensburg Wa US Cellular Store. The manager Caleb is a fount of wisdom and communicates in a very patient and friendly manner. Yaire and Adan were likewise friendly and informative. We have been customer's 20 plus years and recommend US Cell constantly. I just want to thank Darek T. for his help and understanding today when dealing with my 80 year old father. Darek went out of his way to make all the calls necessary to try and help remedy my father complaint over a misunderstanding regarding his new phone promo.
