I've been a satisfied, loyal customer for over 10 years. I moved almost 2 years ago, out of state, and was sad to think I'd be forced into going with a new provider (thankfully I wasn't).
I went in today to do a phone upgrade, seen their new decked out set up, and was interested to see them getting a facelift. Was eager to see what else was in store for the customer experience.
I got my name on the list and spent time narrowing down my options. Unfortunately, after waiting over an hour, and being the last one in line, I was told I could set up an appointment for another day, I wouldn't be tended to.
I drove 45 mins to remain an eager customer of theirs. After explaining I was out of state and there wasn't an option of another visit, I left dejected and angry at the waste of my time. Customer service and accommodations have declined despite their facelift. Unfortunately it appears, it's time to make a switch in providers.
