Horrrible horrible company to work with!!! As a homeowner , currently affected by water leak of one of Utopia managed property at Crystal Gate- Hayward. Today is the 5th day, still waiting for Utopia to act on an EMERGENCY situation which is water leaking. Jeanette was very rude, she even blamed me for not reporting it to Utopia right away when in fact I communicated the problem directly with the tenant in unit 5 on Wednesday 9/18 where the water leak is coming from.
Water is still leaking , and here I am hoping Utopia send their maintenance team to fix the leak that is coming from their rental unit. This has been stressful, frustrating and exhausting experience. I hope the owner of the unit decides to sell the property so I don't have to deal with tenants related issues moving forward.
