A road trip is never a good time to have car trouble. Katie in the service department got us in for a diagnosis, ordered a part and had us back on the road by 9:30 the next day. Trustworthy, helpful, and caring.

Where do we start? My wife has had multiple issues with her Ford Fusion (not Valley Fords fault) however they replaced the control module and after they had finished the backup camera no longer worked. They denied having anything to do with that issue…. About a month later we’re having more engine issues and we figured we’d give Ford another shot. We had to have the car towed this time due to the nature of the issues. They charged 200$ just to plug in a scanner, they are not prompt and there was damage to the ignition switch in the vehicle when we came to pick it up….. we questioned them about it and the tech walked out popped his head in and immediately went back inside to tell them it was our tow truck drivers fault…… we had been inside the vehicle after drop off and (unfortunately we didn’t take any pictures) but my wife and I both saw there was no damage at this time. We will never return to this dealer/ mechanic shop due to the poor customer relations and out right lies and bad mouthing of other company’s. P.S. take pictures of your vehicle before because they will lie to your face!
