Big improvement with new ownership at the Cle Elum branch. It is cleaner, the bathroom is open now, and they are bringing in new machines that are more reliable and take bigger loads. Thanks to the new owners.

Dirty. Found needles in trash can. Homeless hang out here. No bathroom. Over Half of the dryers and washers are out of order. Machines don't fill all the way up with water. I have had 3 loads of cloths stolen due to having to drive to Safeway to use bathroom. No help on site for when machines eat your money. No refunds here. The website leaves a number to call them. Then when you call it just rings and rings. No messaging system. There is no way to get help or report problems. I have tried to Call them over and over. Nice huh? I would guess this is on purpose so they never have to deal with all the complaints they would be getting. They don't refund money that you loose either. My last visit I lost $22. I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GO HERE. If you have a way to go to Ellensburg DO SO. NEVER GO HERE. I almost forgot to mention the mice.

Terrible place. Filthy dirty, half of the machines don’t work, phone number on website isn’t answered, apparently it’s a new owner! Shame on the new owner for not cleaning this place up and never having the machines repaired.
