They answered the phone during busy opening pool season both times I called. They did not rush off the phone and were knowledgeable on what was needed to make my filter run again. I walked in and walked out in under 10 minutes with my new pump and adaptor.

I went to the store to purchase several items Also discussed the fact that my pool is a mess. The customer service was exceptional. I will be taking a water sample there tomorrow and purchasing what is required to get my pool sparkling!

We purchased our hot tub from the Valley Pools in Greensburg recently. Our sales man, Gary was very attentive to our requirements and helped us make the right decision for our tub. The tub was delivered earlier than originally scheduled which was a bonus. Gary also recommended the electrician, Chuck Thompson, who also was exceptional. Chuck was very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend Valley Pool keep Chuck on retainer for their if that’s even possible. They was only one small miscommunication regarding the removal of the old tub but Gary cleared it up in only a few minutes. Scott the delivery guy was very accommodating and patient with me while setting the new tub in place. Overall this was a great experience and will recommend Valley Pools and Thompson Electrical Service to all my friends.
