Appointment and visions checkups have always been great. Whoever they have providing lab services for creating lenses needs to be fired. Waiting a month for a pair of glasses is absolutely unacceptable. I will probably continue going there for eye appointments. I will likely not purchase glasses from them again after this.

2022 My New Go TO for frames and for vision appointments. Never unsatisfied. Very Friendly and informative. Wonderful service, Friendly Staff! Very covid conscious. Less than 2 wks to see opthomologist (specifically need my eye health checked). They limit # inside and make appts for your eyeglass fittings as well. Very nice large selection of frames! Glasses were ready speedy as well. It was very refreshing after months (yes plural) delays at last service at a different office.
