Yesterday, I upgraded my phone to the v10 the sales women Jillian was very personable and knowlageble. She made the transition smooth and easy. Defiantly a much better experience then I have had had at any other store.

My mom had trouble with her cell phone, so we went to this Verizon Go Wireless Store on our way home from our errands/dinner. We were helped by Paige and she provided superb customer service. Plus she was patient and friendly, as well. Definitely recommended.

It was great walking into a clean store, with my phone ready. Amber was very fast getting my phone up and running. Justin was kind and pleasant to visit with as well. Great energy and conversation, thank you team for upgrading my 4 yr old iPhone, and knowing how to do a business account. I will come back here for future business.
