Waited over an hour just to pick up by pre ordered phones.
It's stupid how no other worked can give u the phone but the one you ordered them with. Waste of time. I will definitely order my next phones on their website. Alot faster and easier. Than having to wait over an hour.
Update : I paid 2 watches off here.. and two 2 months later I noticed that I am still been charged for them.. it turns out that they never posted the payment to my account. I lost over $700 and I don't know where or what account the money was put into... still trying to figure it out with verizon...

The moment me and my wife walked in the girls were April and April were by far the best. Very welcoming and made us feel like at home...they were very helpful and and gave the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Even the new girl named april.on her 2 day was Excellent. Answered all our questions abs gave us more info. It was by far the best I have seen at a phone store and they both should be recognize for there great work. Thanks to them we walked out with new Info on my things and a new phone. Great job and keep up the great work

This is a 3rd party store, they charge a “setup” fee on top of the activation fees, so you pay in total of over $75 just for activating the lines. Go to an actual Verizon store. Store is horrible.
